Electronics specializes in
the design, sale and distribution of equipment and services
to marine, commercial and emergency service organizations. Our
emphasis is on communications, instrumentation and navigation
systems with a mission to provide unique, high quality products and personal service to discerning clients. Each of
our staff is knowledgeable in their particular field and an
experienced business professional.Farallon Electronics was created in 1989 in
Sausalito California.

- From the concept stage of a
new project, large or small, we take your vision and blend our design
knowledge to engineer a package that meets the project needs and
budget. We will interface with the project architects in
order to obtain the end result you expect. We pride ourselves on
simple yet elegant solutions to the most complicated designs.

and are not "everything to everybody"; meaning we don't sell every product or
service on the market, but we are very good with the products and services we do
represent.
What we don't
do. Heating, cooling, sanitation
and watermaking systems are not products or services we
offer.
Personal
Service
Eric
Steinberg
is President and
founder of Farallon Electronics.
He is an FCC
licensed marine electronics technician with extensive experience on custom yachts. Eric
specializes in three areas, 1) product development and system design, 2) grand
prix racing yachts from One Design to Maxis and Americas Cup and
3) video technology from the broadcast television industry. Eric has won an
Emmy
award, shares in two patents
and has had many marine industry accolades for his work.

Gary
Wood
is a life long ham radio operator (K6AUD) and former retail electronics store
owner. Gary is our PACTOR modem and HF radio specialist. Having helped with 1000s of modem sales, Gary is our resident Pactor
modem and HF radio expert. His work contributed to Farallon winning an innovation award from
Sail Magazine for PACTOR modems.
Suzuko
Ikusa
is our Controller and is the primary financial contact for customers and vendors (AR
/ AP) and all corporate filings.
Susan
Turold is
our business and financial advisor. We depend on Susan for keeping
our business on track with well thought out business
decisions. |
